  • 1/3cup couscous
  • 1/2cup quinoa
  • 1/2cup chopped onion
  • 1cucumber chopped
  • 1/4cup Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
  • 1/2cup garbanzo beans
  • 2tablespoons roasted garlic hummus (Trader Joe's has a great one)
  • 2teaspoons dill weed
  • 1/2teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4teaspoon or less celery salt
  • 1teaspoon dried basil
Tzatziki Couscous Salad


  • 1First prepare your couscous and quinoa according to the directions on the package.
  • 2In a bowl combine your chopped cucumber, onion, garbanzo beans, yogurt, hummus and seasoning. Stir well to combine.
  • 3When the grains are prepared add them to the yogurt mixture, stir and chill until ready to eat!
