Ingredients

  • 2ounces raw almonds
  • 1ounce flax seeds
  • 2tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1ripe banana
  • 2cups almond milk
  • 1scoop protein powder

Directions

  • 1Place almonds and flax seeds in blender, secure lid and blend until finely chopped. Add the remaining ingredients, secure lid and blend until smooth and creamy.
