  • 1/4cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4cup frozen blueberries
  • 1banana, quartered
  • 2tablespoons protein powder
  • 2tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 3/4cup soy, almond or hemp milk (cow's milk may also be used)
